Code Enforcement is the fair, equitable inspection and enforcement of environmental hazards to protect the public health, safety and welfare. This is accomplished through enforcement and education to improve the quality of life. The City of Ingram employs a Code Enforcement Officer to assist in ensuring compliance with City Ordinances through regular inspections throughout the city to identify potential violations. Code Enforcement does not enforce HOA or deed restrictions.

If you have any questions, or need to report a potential violation, you may contact Code Enforcement Officer, Stuart Gross, by email at [email protected], by phone, at (830) 367-5115, or by using the TextMyGov feature (see below for details).
